Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the company’s service offerings to initiate activities that generate qualified sales leads.
  • Collaborate directly with customers and project managers to upsell services and maximize revenue per account.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and assess sales opportunities.
  • Proactively pursue and develop new business opportunities aligned with sales goals and objectives.
  • Leverage strategic partnerships to drive sales within the company’s core service areas.
  • Work with management to refine and execute the overall sales strategy.
  • Participate in lead generation efforts, including bidding on online IT marketplaces, targeted email campaigns, virtual networking, and other relevant channels.
  • Identify and utilize client profiles to align with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Use innovative and persistent methods to convert opportunities into projects.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Development, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales and lead generation with a proven track record.
  • Knowledge: Substantial understanding of software development processes and technologies (a significant advantage).
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic and analytical skills for sales planning and execution.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
    • Overall knowledge of marketing (an added advantage).
  • Personality Traits:
    • Self-driven and proactive with the ability to take ownership and initiative.
    • Positive, ambitious, and adaptable.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous approach to work.
